Polyfuel Group Limited specialises in solutions to wastes that others consider un-recyclable. Wastes that inevitably end up in landfill have become our feedstock. Waste is a resource, and our technologies liberate the latent energy trapped within.

Polyfuel Group Limited are suppling a turnkey solution. Our technologies can process all types of waste and can process waste directly from old landfill sites, a process known as landfill harvesting. The technology which is closed loop (no requirement for a chimney) produces fuels devoid of sulphur and aromatics with a better cetane number than that of standard fuels. The technology can be set to produce high end diesel, jet A-1 aviation fuel, hydrogen, Naphtha, and other fuels.

Polyfuel Group Limited has raised the bar and taken Pyrolysis to new hights, our approach was start with what you wish to achieve and work forward to the intake and how it is treated. This unconventional approach allows to produce fuels in a single pass unlike conventional pyrolysis which requires further processing to make a useable fuel.

The technology is modular in design which allows for expansion when desired. This allows for scheduled maintenance without a complete loss of production. The retorts are stacked up to three high in increments of 60 Tonnes Per Day per retort, giving a total of 180 Tonnes per day.
